Hi, I'm Tim Hardy.
I'm the founder of Smart Cascadia AI Solutions, based in Medford, Oregon. Before launching this business, I spent over two decades leading youth programs, teaching, building nonprofit teams, and creating systems that actually worked in the real world. I've always loved solving problems and teaching others how to use tools well—and that's exactly what led me to AI.
I didn't come from Silicon Valley. I came from classrooms, youth camps, volunteer teams, and youth centers. But when I discovered what AI could actually do—not just the hype—I saw the opportunity to help small businesses, schools, and community organizations use it to save time, be more profitable, make better decisions, and get more done without burnout.
Now I help others harness the same tools I used to build this company from the ground up. I'm not here to impress you with jargon. I'm here to make AI useful, approachable, and real—and to share my passion for tools that feel like they've given me superpowers.
