By providing your phone number through any form, call interaction, or opt-in mechanism on our website or through our service, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Smart Cascadia, LLC or from businesses using our platform. These messages may include:

Subscription fees are billed monthly. A one-time setup fee is charged at the start of service and is non-refundable. Monthly subscription fees are charged in advance. Overage minutes beyond the plan allotment are billed at the rate stated in your service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment after reasonable notice.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, that our service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate — clients should review call summaries and not rely solely on AI output for critical business decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smart Cascadia, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost revenue, missed appointments, or data loss. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the three months preceding the claim.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Service agreements begin with an initial 6-month commitment period, during which the subscription may not be cancelled. After the initial term, the agreement converts to a month-to-month arrangement, cancellable by either party with 30 days written notice.
We may terminate service immediately and without notice if you materially violate these Terms, including misuse of the platform or non-payment. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then deleted, unless you request earlier deletion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
