Standard initial domain registration (around $10), when needed, is included in the $700 build. Domain renewals remain yours. Premium domains and other paid services are agreed separately.
A personalized page using an established layout: services, About, service area, contact details, supplied photos and a standard enquiry form. One consolidated revision round is included. You provide and approve the business information and assets.
Two businesses total, subject to availability and a fit check. The site files and basic handoff instructions are free. No care subscription or migration purchase is required. Shops, complex booking, custom integrations and bespoke redesigns are excluded.

Domain registration and third-party hosting charges, if needed, are separate from the free starter. We confirm the scope and any dependencies before starting; there is no automatic enrollment or charge.

Want us to set up your completed site on another compatible host? We check compatibility, transfer and deploy the files, connect one domain and HTTPS, test the agreed form, contact links and mobile layout, and provide a short handoff.
Email/mailbox moves, redesigns, custom databases, editor or storage reconstruction, complex redirects and unusual integrations are quoted separately. Third-party hosting, domains and licenses are not included. We confirm the scope before you pay.
Your files are free to receive. Migration pays for hands-on setup and testing. Domain connection already included in your build or care agreement is not charged again.

Ongoing SEO campaigns, guaranteed rankings or leads, email hosting, redesigns, and custom integrations are not included. AI reception and missed-call text-back are separate services, not included bonuses.
We honor previously agreed pricing and service commitments, including earlier $25/month hosting quotes. These new-client prices do not automatically change an existing agreement.
We build the real, finished site first. You're deciding based on what you actually get — not a mockup or a promise.
Hosting has no minimum term. Cancel whenever — effective at the end of the current paid month.
Your domain name is, and always will be, exclusively yours — whether you register it or already own one.
