Both plans require a one-time, non-refundable setup fee of $2,000.

What your $2,000 covers:

The setup fee is non-refundable because it represents real work completed before your bot goes live. We don't charge it to filter out tire-kickers — we charge it because building a custom AI receptionist for your specific business takes time and expertise. You're paying for a done-for-you implementation, not a software license.

After 6 Months

Your plan rolls to month-to-month automatically. Cancel with 30 days notice. No penalties, no gotchas.

Price Stability

Your monthly rate is locked for the first 12 months. After that, any increases are capped at 15% annually with 60 days notice.

Overage

If you go over your included minutes, additional usage is billed at $0.20/minute. We notify you when you're approaching your limit.
